Beneficiated at Waziristan, Pakistan

Bare Syndicate operates a dedicated chromite beneficiation plant adjacent to our Waziristan mining leases, combining gravity spirals, jigs, and froth-flotation circuits to upgrade run-of-mine ore from 38–48% to 44–52% Cr₂O₃. The plant runs at 200 TPD with full water recycling and tailings management. Concentrates are bagged on-site, trucked to our consolidation yard in Karachi, and loaded into 20-foot containers or geared bulk vessels. Buyers across China, India, Türkiye, and Europe receive batch-by-batch SGS assays before vessel sailing, and our QA team retains sealed witness samples for 12 months post-shipment to support any contractual quality dispute.

FAQ +

What are chrome concentrates?

Chrome concentrates are upgraded chromite products produced by gravity separation, spiraling, and froth flotation of run-of-mine ore. They typically contain 44–52% Cr₂O₃ and are used as direct smelter feed, in chemical and pigment manufacturing, refractory castables, and specialty foundry applications.

How are concentrates different from run-of-mine chrome ore?

Run-of-mine ore comes straight from the pit at 38–48% Cr₂O₃ with variable gangue. Concentrates are washed, screened, and beneficiated to a tighter Cr₂O₃ window with low SiO₂ and a controlled Cr:Fe ratio, allowing direct charge into smelters and chemical plants without further upgrading.

What sizing is available?

We supply lump-and-fines concentrates (0–10 mm) for chemical/pigment use and flotation concentrates milled below 75 µm for refractory castables and specialty foundry applications. Custom sizing is available on contract.

How are chrome concentrates packed and shipped?

Concentrates are dewatered to <8% moisture, packed in 1 MT jumbo bags or shipped in bulk vessels FOB Karachi. Every lot ships with SGS-verified assays for Cr₂O₃, Cr:Fe, SiO₂, Al₂O₃, and Fe₂O₃.

What end-uses drive demand for chrome concentrates?

Sodium dichromate and chrome chemicals (tanning, pigments, wood preservation), advanced refractory castables for steel ladles, and specialty precision-foundry sand for aerospace and automotive castings.
